  Will I need to supply a deposit?
Depending on the job, deposit may be required. Logo designs, for instance, require a non-refundable deposit as will large-scale projects.
   
  Why is the deposit non-refundable?
For many projects, such as logos and large-scale projects, the designer invests a lot of time researching, brainstorming, and meeting with the client.  Therefore, the client’s non-refundable deposit is an investment in the design process.
   
  How much will it cost to design my logo?
There are many factors that go into quoting a logo design, such as complexity, graphics, client ideas, etc. For that reason, we prefer to meet with you to get all of the details and then provide the quote in the design proposal.
   
  I am not sure I can afford a professional graphic designer, will you be able to work with me?
We do everything in our power to provide professional graphic design services while remaining affordable for the small business and start-up company.  Our philosophy is that the client can’t afford not to and if a client invests the money in their image now, they will save themselves time, headaches and money trying to change their image later.  We offer flexible payment plans.
   
  How will I get my logo so I can use it for my website and other materials?
We provide you with a CD with your final logo in several formats for printing and for web use.
   
  Will I need to find a printer?
We will find, and get quotes from, local and online printers and coordinate with them to get the job printed. If you choose, you can handle the printing on your own.
   
  How long will it take to get my job printed?
Generally, it is best to allow 2 weeks for printing.  
   
  Will I be able to get a high-quality color-printed product on a low budget?
Yes!  Today, there are a variety of options for print vendors.  Specifically, online printers offer high-quality color printing at a low cost, which makes color printing more available for clients on a low budget.  Many local printers also offer digital printing, which uses a high-end color copier to produce a very high-quality image.
   
  Can you help me with copywriting and editing for my brochures and marketing pieces?
By trade, we are graphic designers.  We can offer suggestions for headlines and editing text to make it more appealing to read however we leave the heavy-duty editing and writing to the experts.  We can refer clients to several copywriters in the area to assist them.
   
  Can you help me design my website?
Primarily, we are a print-based design shop.  However, we have some background in what is necessary to achieve a desired look to a website.  We can offer design advice and can prepare web-ready design elements.  We work closely with local web designers and can make recommendations based on your needs and budget.  See our preferred vendor list for our web designer recommendations.
   
  Do your offer photography services for brochures and marketing materials?
By trade, we are graphic designers.  We have the ability to do photo-editing, photo layouts, and offer photo advice, however we leave the actual photography to the experts. We work closely with local photographers and can make recommendations based on your needs and budget.  See our preferred vendor list for our photographer recommendations.

We also utilize photography from several stock photo companies when necessary.
